Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively prospect and generate new leads for property inspection services.
  • Manage and nurture the sales pipeline from initial contact to closing.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a related industry.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in marketing and qualified lead generation is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
