Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present inspection reports, offering solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Drive sales initiatives, including promoting services and closing deals.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred 2 years of experience in property inspection.
  • CPI certification and relevant licenses preferred; willing to support certification for the right candidate post-hire.
  • Proven ability to balance inspection responsibilities with sales objectives.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent worker with a team-player attitude.

Additional Skills:

  • Experience in a sales role, with a track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales strategies.
